Conditions of business

Measurements:

All our products are handcrafted, consequently the measurements may vary very slightly from one series to another.

Finish:

All our patinae are made with special anti-rust paints and varnishes.
For an order of 4 pieces and more, select your own colour in the RAL range of colours.

Electrical fitting:

Our lanterns are electrified, fitted with E 27 bulb sockets and earthed.
They are certified to the European standard EN 598:

Hanging lanterns, IP 24 standard
Wall-lanterns, IP 23 standard

By order, they can be wired and fitted with E26 bulb sockets complying with the American and Canadian regulations, at no extra cost.
Bulbs not included.

Shipping :

Our lanterns are shipped with the glass panes wrapped separately.
Prices are ex our Béziers warehouse, shipping, packing and handling extra.
We do the packing very carefully, but we are not responsible of damages that may occur during transportation. In case of damage, refer immediately to the shipper.

The French version of these conditions only shall be a reference. In case of dispute, the Hérault law courts only shall be competent.
